Tbh if you ever get soo much cardboard dust its clogging up stuff. You're already not maintaining your printer properly. Your house has dust that gets on everything, especially if you have pets or alot of nature outside. That stuff builds up faster than the cardboard dust would. Which is why cleaning it regularly is important. With what little more the cardboard gives over time I'd just run it as is.

With so much filament do you just put it in a dehydrator before use or how do you keep it dry? Also I've never gotten filament for any occasion 😞

Instead of filling the insulation layer with plastic bags, you should have made small support posts in ot, and left the rest empty. This way you get better insulation as air is horrible at conducting heat, especially when its not moving.

I've seen people cutting up 2 liter bottles, shredding and grinding up the plastic, then running it through some sort of heater, melting it and making their own 3D printing filament. My question is, with the soda bottles plastic should they be wearing some sort of mask to protect themselves from that plastic, dust and or the fumes coming off the melted plastic. I get that it's recycling, but what is your opinion on them destroying their lungs?😅

You should print this in beer foam form

Instead of printing vertically or horizontal, try printing it diagonally with a wedge. It will improve its strength.

No, you gotta make that into a cooler and wrap the inside in with tinfoil to keep in the cold and just throw some ice and sodas in there. And makes the top covering it Look like beerfoam.
